Q: does this coil fit the trophy tank?
A: No, it is much too large to fit in any of the Smok or Kanger bottom coil tanks.
Q: im using a 100% vg blend in my 16b and everytime i puff all i taste is burnt dry terrible taste. what do i do ? i burned 3 coils already. ive pulled wicking ive let soak for over an hour and still burnt taste
A: You are most likely going to need to thin out your juice a bit. If you add 1ml of vodka per 10ml of e-juice it will thin the juice enough to make it wick and won't affect the flavor of the juice much. You can also use distilled water for this, but the Vodka will ensure that you will not get any bacterial growth, which is not likely but possible when using just water.
Q: Do you have the 16b dual coils in stock? Can you give me the price and mine says 1.8 on the coil
A: They are 2.09 each. We have the 1.5 and the 2.1 in stock but not the 1.8. You could use either one, though, just to get ya through till we get the 1.8s' in.
Q: I bought a Innokin iTaste MVP Petals vaporizer and the same in the Purple Snow. They both came with iClear 16B tanks. I don't know for sure if these are the correct coils for them? I bought them both at b********n.com but they don't even carry the coils. I'm looking for a place that will continue to carry the coils before I buy the green butterfly vaporizer. Please tell me if these are the correct coils and if y'all are going to continue selling the coils or if they are seriously reduced in price because you're going to discontinue them? I need someone I can trust to keep my vaporizer supplies in stock. Thank you for your assistance.
A: Yes these are the coils for your device, and we have no intention of discontinuing them anytime soon, this is our normal price.
Q: I have a itaste mvp 2.0 shine and I'm looking for replacement coils. The one that came with it says 2.1, and I can't find that. Can you help me? Thank you.
A: We are out of that resistance at the moment, but we should have them back in stock by Friday at the earliest or Monday Evening at the latest.
Q: which one has the least resistance?
A: The 1.5 is the least resistance.
Q: Are these replacement heads comparable with Innokin clear 30 tanks?
A: No they are not, these heads will only work in the iClear 16b.
Q: What's the difference between 2.1 OHM and 1.5 OHM. What does OHM mean?
A: The 'ohm' is the electrical resistance of the coil(heating element). Innokin recommends using the 2.1ohm coil if you are using a variable voltage or variable wattage battery. If your battery is not variable then they recommend the 1.5ohm.
Q: I need 1.8 16D coils,all i see on your site are 1.5 ?
A: We are currently out of stock should have more in here soon.
Q: I just received an email stating that these coils were back in stock and that I could purchase a box of 5 coils for $9.70. Why isn't there an option to buy these by the box on the website?
A: They come 5 to a box so if you want 1 box just enter quantity 5
